#Dota 2 neutral items Patch
Valve removed eight neutral items in Patch 7.32 for Dota 2. Spider Legs, Fae Grenade and 6 more items removed, 7 new added 08:00:00

Items can be disassembled within 10 seconds of being combined. Some consumables and a few other exceptions are shareable. Heroes generally cannot use items purchased by other heroes. Items that drop on death will drop normally without issue even if the limit has been reached. The number of split items (tangos/wards) allowed on the ground is 6 per player.

The total number of items that can be dropped on the ground by a player is 24. If the inventory, backpack, and stash are all full, any further purchased items will be dropped on the ground at your team's fountain spawn area. The stash has 6 slots and is accessible from either fountain. If away from a shop, any items bought will go into the Stash instead. Items that drop on death cannot be put into the backpack. Backpack items take twice as long to cooldown. Items can be moved out of the backpack with no inactivity timer when near a shop. Items in your backpack remain inactive for 6 seconds after being moved out of the backpack. The Backpack has 4 slots and holds inactive items which provide no effect. If the inventory is full, items will go into the backpack instead. Items must be in the inventory to be active and provide their effects.

The Inventory has 6 slots and holds items being used by the hero. A few special items cannot be dropped or sold. Consumable items like Tango and Infused Raindrop have a sell value that is based on their number of charges remaining. After that period is over, or if the item's ability is used, the item can only be sold back for 50% of the original price. They cannot be bought or sold in stores but are fully divisible. Items may be sold back to shopkeepers for a 100% refund within 10 seconds of purchasing. Neutral items are items dropped by neutral creeps. Items are purchased from shops found on the map.
